There is a $30 non refundable deposit due at booking. I charge a 40% cancellation fee. If you are a no call no show you are banned from booking online. All service and product sales are final. No redos, refunds or exchanges. You have one window of rebook a min of 24 hrs prior to your appointment time. You will be charged if you do not act within the allotted time frame. If you place a card on file that cannot be charged you will not longer be allowed for online booking. There is a 10 minute grace period from the time of the appointment. For the client and stylist to show. There must be a form of communication 15 minutes prior to the time of the appointment for the grace period to be honored. Thank you and look forward to seeing you soon!
